Getting Started
Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage, enter your email, create a password, and verify your email address. You can also sign up using Google Sign-In for faster access.
To start selling, you need a verified Cultioo account and a business profile. Go to your Account page and click "Upgrade to Business" to complete your seller profile setup.
Buying on Cultioo.com
Browse products, add items to your cart, then click on the cart icon. Review your items and click "Checkout" to complete your purchase with secure payment options.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Go to the "Orders" section in your account dashboard to see all your orders and their current status. You'll receive email notifications with tracking information once your order ships.
Selling on Cultioo.com
After upgrading to a business account, go to your business dashboard and click "Add Product". Upload images, enter product details, set your price, and publish your listing.
Cultioo charges a competitive commission on each sale to cover platform maintenance, payment processing, and support services. Exact rates are detailed in your business dashboard.
Payments are processed through Stripe after order completion. Typically, funds are available within 2-7 business days, depending on your bank and Stripe's payout schedule.
Account & Settings
Click on the Account icon in the top navigation bar, then select "Edit Profile" to update your personal information, profile picture, and contact details.
In your Account settings, select "Security" and then "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm the change.
Yes, go to Account Settings → Security → Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed from our systems.
