Getting Started

Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage, enter your email, create a password, and verify your email address. You can also sign up using Google Sign-In for faster access.

To start selling, you need a verified Cultioo account and a business profile. Go to your Account page and click "Upgrade to Business" to complete your seller profile setup.

Buying on Cultioo.com

Browse products, add items to your cart, then click on the cart icon. Review your items and click "Checkout" to complete your purchase with secure payment options.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Go to the "Orders" section in your account dashboard to see all your orders and their current status. You'll receive email notifications with tracking information once your order ships.

Selling on Cultioo.com

After upgrading to a business account, go to your business dashboard and click "Add Product". Upload images, enter product details, set your price, and publish your listing.

Cultioo charges a competitive commission on each sale to cover platform maintenance, payment processing, and support services. Exact rates are detailed in your business dashboard.

Payments are processed through Stripe after order completion. Typically, funds are available within 2-7 business days, depending on your bank and Stripe's payout schedule.

Account & Settings

Click on the Account icon in the top navigation bar, then select "Edit Profile" to update your personal information, profile picture, and contact details.

In your Account settings, select "Security" and then "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm the change.

Yes, go to Account Settings → Security → Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed from our systems.

Technical Issues

Make sure you're using the correct email and password. Check your caps lock and try resetting your password using "Forgot Password" if needed. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

App Installation & Setup

The Cultioo App is available on Google Play Store for Android devices and Apple App Store for iOS devices. Search for "Cultioo" and look for our official app with the green logo.

Android: Version 8.0 or higher. iOS: Version 13.0 or higher. At least 100MB of free storage space and a stable internet connection are recommended.

Use the same email and password you created on Cultioo.com. Your account works seamlessly across web and mobile platforms.

Using the App

Open the app and browse the home feed to see available products. Use the search bar to find specific items, or filter by category, price range, or location.

Yes! Tap the Orders icon in the bottom navigation to view all your orders, track shipments, and communicate with sellers. You'll receive push notifications for order updates.

Go to App Settings → Notifications and enable the types of alerts you want to receive (order updates, messages, promotions). Make sure notifications are allowed in your device settings.

Shopping Features

Tap the heart icon on any product to add it to your favorites. Access your favorites list by tapping the heart icon in the bottom navigation.

Yes! Add items to your cart, tap the cart icon, review your order, and proceed to checkout. You can save multiple addresses and payment methods for faster checkout.

Troubleshooting

Force close the app and restart it. Clear the app cache in your device settings. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If issues persist, try reinstalling the app.

Check that notifications are enabled both in the app settings and your device settings. Make sure the app is not in battery saver mode, which can limit background activity.

Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, search for Cultioo, and tap "Update" if available. Enable automatic updates in your store settings to always have the latest version.

Getting Started

The Cultioo Business App is a dedicated application for sellers to manage their business operations, including product management, order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and business analytics.

Download the Cultioo Business App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Log in with your Cultioo business account credentials. You must have a verified seller account to use this app.

No, use the same account credentials as your Cultioo.com account. The Business App provides enhanced features specifically for sellers and business management.

Product Management

Tap the "Add Product" button in the Products section. Take or upload photos, enter product details, set pricing, and specify shipping options. All changes sync with your web account.

Yes, go to Products → Manage, select multiple products using the checkboxes, and choose "Bulk Edit" to update prices, availability, or other attributes simultaneously.

Navigate to Inventory section to view stock levels, set low-stock alerts, and update quantities. The app automatically adjusts inventory when orders are placed.

Order Management

Go to Orders section to view incoming orders. Tap on an order to see details, mark it as processing, update shipping information, and mark as shipped when dispatched.

Currently, shipping label generation is available on the web version. However, you can view all shipping information and manually create labels using the provided address details.

Tap the message icon on any order to send direct messages to buyers. You'll receive push notifications when buyers send you messages.

Analytics & Reports

The Analytics section provides detailed insights including total sales, revenue trends, best-selling products, and customer demographics. Data is updated in real-time.

Yes, go to Analytics → Reports and select the report type (sales, inventory, customers). Choose the date range and tap "Export" to receive a PDF or CSV file via email.

Payment & Payouts

The Payments section shows all transactions, pending payouts, and completed transfers. View detailed breakdowns including commission deductions and net earnings.

Payouts are processed through Stripe according to their standard schedule (typically 2-7 business days after order completion). Check the Payments section for specific payout dates.

Check your internet connection. Force close and restart the app. Go to Settings → Sync and manually trigger a sync. If issues persist, log out and log back in.

Ensure the app has camera and storage permissions in your device settings. Check that images are under 5MB and in JPG or PNG format. Try using the camera instead of uploading from gallery, or vice versa.
