What is Cultioo's fee for sellers? +
Just 0.1% — taken only when you successfully sell. No monthly fee, no listing fee, no hidden charges. On a $50,000 corn sale, your total Cultioo fee is $50. A traditional grain elevator would take $2,500–$5,000 for the same transaction.
If buyers pay Net 60, when do I get paid? +
You get paid in 24 hours after delivery confirmation — regardless of the buyer's payment terms. Cultioo bridges the gap. Buyers can choose Net 30 or Net 60, and that's between them and Cultioo. As a producer, you never wait.
What commodities can I sell on Cultioo? +
Any raw or bulk commodity — grain (corn, wheat, soybeans, barley), meat (beef, pork, poultry), dairy (raw milk, cheese, butter), oil (vegetable, sunflower, palm), softs (coffee, cocoa, sugar) and specialty/organic products. If it moves in bulk, you can list it.
How does transport work? Do I need to arrange trucks? +
No. When you list a commodity, you select the vehicle type required — Grain Hopper, Oil Bumper, Flatbed, Reefer, and more. Delvioo™, our transport layer, automatically matches qualified drivers who bid competitively for your load. You just confirm pickup. GPS tracking is live from the moment a driver accepts.
Who are the buyers? Are they verified? +
All buyers are verified through Stripe KYC and EIN/business ID checks before they can place a single order. Buyers include food processors, grain exporters, ethanol plants, breweries, feed mills, organic food companies, and distributors. Payment is secured via Monioo™ escrow — released only after delivery is confirmed.
What if a buyer doesn't pay? +
You're protected. Payment is locked in Monioo™ escrow at the moment the order is placed — before your commodity is ever loaded. If a buyer doesn't pay on time, Cultioo automatically escalates: 5% late fee after 2 days, +15% after 4 days, legal action after 8 days. You never chase invoices.
