Getting Started

To get started with Cultioo, click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage. You'll need to provide your business information, including company name, VAT ID, and business address. As a B2B platform, all users must verify their business status during registration.

After registration, you may be asked to provide additional documents to verify your business status, such as a business license or VAT registration certificate. This ensures our platform maintains its professional B2B environment.

For Buyers

Browse our catalog or use the search function to find products. Add items to your cart, review your order details, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide shipping information and select a payment method through our secure Stripe integration.

We accept various payment methods through Stripe, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other business payment solutions. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

For Sellers

Navigate to the business area to set up your seller profile. Provide comprehensive business information, including your product categories, business description, and contact details.

Use our intuitive product upload system to add your inventory. Include high-quality images, detailed descriptions, pricing, and shipping information for each product.

Order Management

Access your order history through your account dashboard. Track order status, view shipping information, and manage your purchase history.

Return policies are set by individual sellers. Contact the seller directly for return requests. As a B2B platform, standard consumer return rights may not apply.

Yes, you can delete your account at any time in your account settings or by contacting us. After deletion, your personal data will be removed, though legal retention requirements for business transactions must be observed.

Review of your business documents typically takes 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your Business Account is activated.

No, registration and account management at Cultioo is completely free. Sellers only pay a 6.5% commission on successfully sold products.

Mobile Usage

Currently no mobile app is available, but one is in development. However, our website is fully optimized for mobile devices and works perfectly in your smartphone or tablet browser.

Yes, all Cultioo functions are available through mobile browsers. You can list products, manage orders, and communicate with customers - all from your smartphone or tablet.
